Real estate and property

Buy niche relevant backlinks for real estate and property sites

Contextual links from sites that cover property, housing and local markets, placed inside real articles. Ask for a sample of relevant hosts and a written quote.

  • Hosts matched to your property type
  • Topic and place considered together
  • Quoted privately per request

Why do property sites need relevance in two ways?

A property website depends on a subject and a place. An agent in one metro area is not helped much by a housing article aimed at another country. Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and that prominence includes information from across the web such as links, articles and directories. Links are only part of that picture.

A link from a site that covers property and the same region matches both. A link from a general blog matches neither. That is why the request form asks for your target city or state as well as your niche.

Which kind of property site are you?

Each group has different neighbors in the topic map:

  • Agents and brokerages, who sit near home buying, selling and neighborhood content
  • Property managers and rental operators, who sit near landlord and tenant content
  • Investors and wholesalers, who sit near investing and renovation content
  • Builders and developers, who sit near construction, design and planning content

We also look at relocation guides, community and local business sites, and home improvement publishers that write about houses in a useful way. Tell us which group you are in and we sort hosts the same way.

Which pages gain from a contextual link?

Pick pages that stay useful for a long time. Good targets are neighborhood or city guides, buyer and seller guides, property management service pages and market explainers. Individual listings are a poor target because they expire.

Choose the page a reader of the host article would plausibly want next. An article about moving to a new town can lead to a neighborhood guide. An article about renting out a house can lead to a management service page. Anchor text and target page are agreed with you before anything is placed. The home services page shows how we treat a related trade niche.

The more exact the brief, the better the match. Send the website, the city or state you want to rank in, the type of property work you do, the page you want supported and a rough monthly volume. You can use the request form or WhatsApp.

We reply with a short sample of relevant hosts and a written quote that is explained before you pay. There is no public price list because the right price depends on the market and the host. Reviewing a request is free.

What this is and is not

Google's spam policies treat links bought or exchanged mainly to influence ranking as a possible link scheme. Careful, relevant, editorial-style placements reduce that risk but do not remove it. A link does not replace a complete Google Business Profile, good listings or a site that answers local questions.

Links are one signal among many. Results depend on your site, the local competition and your category, and we do not promise rankings, calls or leads. See the link standards for how we pick hosts.

Questions about buy niche backlinks in United States

Does the host have to be in my city?
Not always. A host in the same region helps when the page is about local property. For a national guide or investor page, a topical match matters more than a place match. We tell you which hosts fit each case when we share the sample, so you can judge.
Can you build links to my property listing pages?
We advise against it. Listings come and go, so the link would end up pointing at a dead page. Guides, area pages and service pages last longer and give readers more to use. If you have a reason to link a listing, tell us and we discuss it.
Do you work with property managers and rental operators?
Yes, they are one of the groups we sort by. Their strongest hosts are usually sites about landlords, tenants, rental markets and home maintenance. The right pages to support are normally service pages and local guides, not the home page alone. We ask which areas you serve before suggesting hosts.
Will links help my Google Business Profile?
Not directly. Google describes prominence as including links, articles and directories, so strong relevant mentions may support it, but a link is not a profile fix. Keep your listing complete and consistent. Treat links as one supporting signal, with no promised effect.
How many links should an agent or investor start with?
There is no standard number. Many buyers begin with one test placement, check it is live and indexed, and then decide on volume. We do not suggest a count before seeing your site and the competition in your market, and we never push a larger volume than the request needs.
